We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to oversee on-going marketing and growth initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will manage the operations and processes of the marketing team including marketing plan creation, project timelines and production. Working closely with our Creative Director, and managing one or more direct reports, you will be responsible for executing our marketing efforts while also driving efficiencies, process improvement, scalability, and timelines across the department.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Own the marketing team processes, including development and management of marketing plans, projects, timelines, and production
- Support all seasonal, product and promotional campaign execution from briefing through to launch, utilizing Asana, our project management tool
- Partner with merchandising and planning to ensure marketing plans align to inventory, product arrivals and sales plans
- Own the coordination and output for all campaign recap reports. Lead cross-functional and team meetings to review performance
- Provide support to the creative team for shoot planning, delegating and tracking progress on location and equipment rentals, permits, talent booking, prop sourcing and image editing
- Manage internal photo studio, including scheduling, cleaning & maintenance, equipment inventory
- Ensure that projects are delivered in a timely manner and that they are always in line with the business’s guidelines, quality standards, and objectives
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by working well with different personality types
- Document internal processes to build a shared knowledge and understanding of systems, processes, and the execution of campaigns and programs
- Manage, coach, and lead Marketing Project Manager
- Lead special projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders

Experience, Education and Qualifications

- 7+ years working within Business Operations (ideally in a Marketing Organization), with a strong understanding of processes, systems, and tools (and appreciates data!)
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, including project management and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously, shift priorities quickly and act proactively, while keeping the most critical projects moving forward
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: WORD, Excel, Power Point. Bonus points if you also have experience using time-management software like Asana
- Exceptional client focus and collaboration skills with experience leading projects involving several functions or departmentsExperience managing, coaching, and leading a direct report or indirectly managing the work of team members
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented with high a degree of accuracy
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality and optimization
- Excellent written, grammatical, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or directly related field
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Open and receptive to constructive feedback
- Detail-oriented approach with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
