We are looking for a talented Marketing/Sales Coordinator with a "can do" attitude to work with our Team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Design and create MailChimp marketing campaigns.
Update email subscribers list
Oversee photobooth related topics/issues/inquiries.
Photobooth software updates
Design and create various renderings with 3D Event Design software/PartyCAD
Create proposal documents for marketing- Frosh, Hart & Signitizer (Pdf, PPT)
Photobooth troubleshooting and updates
Attend events to ensure everything is running smoothly and to take event photos for social media/website
Any website updates including but not limited to updating prices, photos, videos, adding/rearranging products.
Input events into Inflatable Office software to ensure every sales planner is aware of what events are going on.
Send contracts and follow up with client
Various Photoshop ad-hoc duties (editing contracts/ resizing images, etc)
Act as a brand ambassador for various events
Frosh Carnival management (arranging schedules, creating proposal decks)
Liaison between client and sales planner.
Design overlays/templates for Photobooth clients.
Upload photos onto cloud website and share galleries to clients
Video editing
Post Event Reports
Social Media- Must have some experience with social media and the ability to assist with our digital marketing materials (website content, social media channels, e-mail blasts, blogging, etc.) Taking pictures at events and uploading event photos on Insta and Facebook.
