DATA ENTRY – OFFICE ASSISTANT
We are a well-established company looking for a motivated OFFICE DATA ENTRY CLERC, with some bookkeeping experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Perform various office duties (administrative work)
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist fellow teammates with other clerical work
- Maintaining files
REQUIREMENTS - Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and French) with strong communication and writing skills
- Excellent multi-tasker
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to work within deadlines
- Highly motivated, proactive, and a quick learner
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Quick Books
- Minimum 2-year experience in the same type of environment
