What will you work on?

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Canadian payroll function. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

• Support bi-weekly payroll preparation for CBS.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees to resolve payroll related issues and support the payroll inbox.
• Ensure timesheets are completed at all levels including working hours and holidays (i.e. SAP notices).
• Support audit of ADP Workforce Now and SuccessFactors data and resolve discrepancies.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated individual with a DEC in Administration or any combination of experience and academic background relevant to the position will be considered, who has the good knowledge of the laws, principles, practices, and procedures related to the position. Being a member of the Canadian Payroll Association is an asset. The candidate must be fluency in both languages ( French and English ), both oral and written.
