We are seeking a Part-Time / REMOTE Bookkeeper / Office Support Administrator to join our team!
You will perform Accounting & Key Office Support functions in order to drive company success.
This is a Part Time position with flexible hours ranging from 1 to 3 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeper:
- Client Billing
- Accounts Receivable Management
- Accounts Payable Management
- Office Support:
- Audit & management of employee hour logs
- Website Audits
- Audit of client telephony access
Hours:
- We are flexible and can establish set hours within the confines of Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time
MUST have ALL the qualifications below:
- Private home office with a door to create a confidential environment during work hours
- Comfort speaking to customers
- High speed internet access (MUST have Cable or FIOS, NO DSL, NO Dish)
- Dual monitors
- Strong attention to detail is critical
- PC or MAC that is less than 5 years old
