Hours of Operation: Monday to Sunday- 7 am until 3 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Weekends & Holidays

Qualifications:

-3+ years of restaurant experience required

-Able to work in a fast paced environment

-Handles stress well

-Organized and neat

-Adapt to changes

Responsibilities:

-Executing day-to-day restaurant operations both Front and Back of house

-Delivering hospitality and maximizing the guest experience

-Responding in an efficient and professional manner to customer complaints

-Constantly checking quality and plate presentation

-Scheduling and organizing the human resources and supervising labour cost

-Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity

-Ordering food, supplies for the restaurant

-Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

-Managing the restaurant’s high-quality image

-Controlling operational costs and identifying measures to reduce waste

-Creating detailed reports on a weekly, monthly and annual basis

-Promoting the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

-Recommending ways to reach a local audience

-Training new and current employees on Pür & Simple standards
