Position Title: Sales Support Administrator
Department: Sales Support
Reports to: Sales Support Supervisor
Position Summary:
The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for administrative duties within the Sales Support department and is integral to the continued growth of the organization. They will display tremendous attention to detail within their work and they will be versatile and willing to perform a variety of different tasks daily with precision and accuracy. The Sales Support Administrator will also possess excellent communication skills and will be comfortable connecting with various internal stakeholders within the organization regularly.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Answer general inquiries from the company website and internal stakeholders within 24 hours
· Manage customer master record changes
· Complete scheduled tasks efficiently
· Amend pricing within central database system (contract pricing management)
· Manage customer forecast orders/projections
· Provide support as needed for Sales Professionals and Customer Experience Department
· Manage price check and sample queue
· Act as liaison between Sales Professionals and internal departments
· Answer phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner and respond to all voicemails within 24 hours
· Complete general administrative duties (expired price list management, daily pick ticket cleanup, monthly discontinued product reports, etc.)
· Ad-hoc reporting as required
Requirements:
· Grade 12 Education
· Post-secondary, undergraduate degree, graduate degree or equivalent qualification/experience an advantage
· Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative environment
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel)
· Bilingual English/French an asset
· Process and procedure documentation an asset
· Sage X3 experience an asset
· Sage Enterprise Intelligence (SEI) report building experience an asset
· Spiro experience an asset

Working Conditions:
· Work from home or hybrid environment available
· Day shift/weekdays only
· Overtime as required
