DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration Management + Design

- Recommends and integrates benchmarks to measure the performance of company operations and implements operational best practices
- Oversees assessment of operations effectiveness and customer service levels
- Monitors operational activities for systematic improvements and implements appropriate changes
- Coordinates and prepares information and reports on operational activities
- Support FBA maintenance listing activities
- Provides leadership, training, and mentorship in PWG’s organizational workflow processes
- Coordinates VA payroll and administrative duties
- Coordinates trademark, legal and tax support
- Work with the team to coordinate pamphlets, inserts, labels and cartons for our products as well as any images for our listings. Customer Service & Amazon Listing Uptime
- Oversees all urgent cases (Listing’s going down) and ensures timely and suitable resolution, ensures cases are responded to within 24-72 hrs.
- Manages communications with Amazon Seller Support and delegates accordingly
- Monitors FBA Legacy listings, competitors and inventory issues
- Provides customer support for all PWG brands
- Manages and maintains excellent customer relations with wholesale accounts
- Cultivates and supports retail distribution channels with Walmart, Chewies, Shipmonk, and other key organizations
- Assist marketing team(s) with social media and promotional activities Supply Chain Management
- Develops and maintains strong supplier relationships
- Determine appropriate orders and inventory allocation between all our SKUs in our three brands by forecasting and budgeting.
- Build strong, trusted working relationships with new and old vendors
- Implement a vendor scorecard system such that visibility is brought to metrics like on time delivery rates and defect rates
- Drive improvements in supply chain efficiencies and lower COGS through strategic partnerships.
- Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of products needed to ensure long term product availability with changing levels of customer demand.
- Find the best suppliers for new products in different verticals quickly and in a cost effective manner
- Have industrial knowledge to find the best pricing and lead times for our current vendors. Not afraid of cutting cost through sourcing materials directly and utilizing contract manufacturers to build our products.
- Implement a vendor scorecard system that enhances visibility
- Finds competitive and best pricing for freight forwarding
- Ensure that shipped out shipments have no discrepancies or missing shipments.
- Identify potential product complaints and work with the supplier to avoid reoccurrence.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Commerce, Operations Logistic, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of relevant supply planning experience, ideally with supplements, beauty or pets’ space.
- Strong industry knowledge in supply chain in the Supplements, beauty, or pets’ space vertical.
- Knowledge of Branding and Consumer, Digital and/or Product Marketing would be very helpful
- Experience leading cross functional work teams focused on delivering excellent customer service is preferred
- Leadership or entrepreneurial experience an asset
- Self-directed and resourceful – you’re someone who enjoys the start-up environment and thrives in a less structured environment relative to a larger corporation KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Aptitude to identify areas of continuous improvement, recommend strategies for addressing system weaknesses and lead a team to implement such strategies
- Strategic thinker who works collaboratively with others to meet business goals

- Demonstrated success in effectively training and mentoring to bring out the best in others

- Strong self-starter work ethic/attitude
- Keen problem-solving approach including the ability to prioritize workload and allocate time/resources accordingly

- Maintains high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
- Advanced skills in FBA processes, supply chain management, and forecasting.
