Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team!

You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Strategic Work:

- Helping maintain client/vendor relationships.
- Monitoring cash flow.
- Using QuickBooks Online and TSheets.
- Assisting in the Hiring process.
- Running social media campaigns.

Tactical Work:

- Receiving incoming phone calls.
- Invoicing.
- Producing documents: ie. Contracts
- Digitizing receipts.
- Managing company calendar.
- Payroll.
- Monitoring accounts receivables and contacting late customers.
- Preparing invoicing reports.
- Reporting on maintenance personnel profitability.
- Posting content on various social media platforms.
- Responding to comments through social media campaigns.
- Perform other assigned tasks deemed necessary by Management.
