Your Impact

The HVAC Service Coordinator & Dispatcher role is responsible for all aspects of on-site field service including job sales, scope, scheduling, staffing assignments, procurement, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction with all on-site work.

- Dispatch service technicians to daily worksites
- Schedule technicians for service, maintenance, and project work
- Maintain key relationships between customers and service technicians
- Identify customer sites, equipment and history
- Review and manage work orders
- Assist with invoicing
- Maintain monthly and quarterly preventative maintenance schedules
- Update customer service software, to maintain work orders and customer database
- Communicates process related support to technicians
- Works closely with the service team, office staff, and management to complete tasks, improve inefficiencies, and contribute to a cohesive synergistic office environment

What You Bring

- 2 years of experience with an HVAC Contractor
- 3-5 years of Administration experience
- Previous Tech Experience - All Commercial
- Strong work ethic and professional standards
- Interpersonal skills and customer relations
- Top notch organization skills and scheduling skills
- Certificate or Diploma from Secondary School
