Description
We are looking for a Business Development professional with demonstrated networking abilities and strong relationship management skills to join our team.

Location: Texas

The main objective of this position is to grow our business in Texas.
The Partnerships professional will build and manage relationships with our clients and partners which mutually benefit all parties involved while contributing to the growth of the company. The role combines business development, and account management. You will be responsible for proactively engaging business executives and creating new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing business relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain and evolve a systematic process for client outreach and relationship management
• Build and develop strategic relationships with our key and targeted clients at all levels of the organization
• Work with our internal teams to ensure that our partnership goals are synchronized with our organizational goals
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and IT contractors that equally benefit our company and our partners
• Attend various trade fairs and networking events
• Work in liaison with the team to understand current market trends in order to strategically build relationships
• Strategize and explore ways to grow current and new partnerships

Job Requirements:
• Over 5 years of relevant work experience in business development and client relationship management
• Exceptional communication skills – writing, verbal and listening
• Team player and multitasker with well developed organizational skills
• Proven networking ability (in-person, via web meetings and with social media tools like LinkedIn)
• Sales and marketing know-how
• Understanding of recruitment best practices
• Well-versed with various software such as Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and CRM systems
• Goal-orientated with the ability to clearly articulate your goals and assign timelines
• Experience writing proposals and other business documents
• Willing and able to work flexible hours from home and, on occasion, from our local workspace

Nice-to-Have:
• Familiarity with the IT sector
• University/College level education in Business Studies, Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
