Job Description

Our national IT consulting company, is seeking a
Business Analyst for our client.

Responsibilities: 

* Business requirements gathering and documentation

* Enterprise business modelling including:

* Business procedures and processes
* Business rules
* Gap analysis
* Continuous improvements

* Planning and scheduling within user acceptance region
* Supporting the testing team and development teams in understanding
the business requirements
* Developing user implementation documentation
* Researching new initiatives to identify cost-effective process
efficiencies
* Work with Executive, Management and Company filed operations

Requirements:

* 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Experience working in a social services or community health care
environment is preferred
* Experience as a project lead
* Advanced analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work with people at all
levels of the organization and to take the lead when required
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Proven problem-solving skills
* Extremely organized and strong attention to detail
* Ability to take the initiative and manage time in the most
effective manner
* A passion for excellence and innovation

* Desirable Qualifications:

* Business analyst experience in contract management
* Experience in post-system implementation support and training
* Experience with business modelling in Sybase PowerDesigner
