Job Description
We are seeking a Sales And Business Development Professional to join
our team! Our sales professionals are responsible for reaching out to
our new leads and developing new relationships, as well as keeping up
to date and in touch with our larger customers. This job is perfect
for someone who is a self-starter who does not hesitate to learn more
and who strives to find the best solution for each prospect.
Responsibilities:
* Present and sell company products and services to new and existing
customers
* Prospect and contact potential customers
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
* Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest
developments
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related
fields
* Familiarity with CRM platforms
* Familiarity working remote with video calls and meetings
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Deadline and detail-oriented
* Post-secondary education
Experience in the following is an asset:
* Working with military contractors
* Automation hardware and software (PLC, HMI, CODESYS, etc.), field
instrumentation, IT and OT systems, cyber-security
* Technical Sales
* Bilingual (French and English)
