A company in the fabrication of control panels, is seeking a bright, hardworking Administrative Assistant.
This full-time, permanent position is located at our head office in Montreal.
Responsibilities:
· Matching packing slips with associated invoices
· Entering these invoices into the accounting system
· Preparing cheques for mailing (putting them in envelopes and putting stamps on them)
· Filing of vendor invoices
· Filing of customer invoices
· Customer invoicing
· Bookkeeping - Monthly Closings
· Processing of shipping invoices (verifying costs quoted vs cost charged and entering them into the accounting system)
· Answering phones, when required
· other general tasks as needed
Qualifications:
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
· Previous administrative experience
· Detail oriented
Salary:
$50-55k dependant on experience
