We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team!
Our Life Insurance company is one of the largest providers of supplemental
insurance benefits coverage to labour unions, credit unions, and
associations. We are licensed in seven Canadian provinces: Alberta,
British Columbia, Manitoba, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and
Saskatchewan.
We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Globe Life, an S&P 500 company
traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol GL. We have
relationships with 30,000+ Groups nationwide with millions of members
currently needing our services.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, coachable
individual with growth mindset and excellent communication and
presentation skills. You will be owning the entire customer facing
process from first introduction, appointment setting, presentation,
needs analysis, benefits enrolment, and customer service (claims) for
our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Contact potential customers and existing customers
* Present benefits packages
* Process benefits application with utmost attention to detail
* Resolve customer inquiries and assist with claims

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or
other related fields an asset
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Strong negotiation skills
* HLLQP certification and/or license an asset

great attention to detail.
