Ourl Support Solutions Company is looking for a Bookkeeper
(with in BC)
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Full cycle bookkeeping and data entry including:
* Reviewing and posting expenses and supplier invoices
* Paying supplier and other invoices
* Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
* Accounts Receivables
* GST/PST/WorkSafe BC remittances
* Monitor billing emails, replying to client queries.
* Independent contractor invoices and payments
* Sending out client invoices, both email and physical mail
* Monitoring payments and marking invoices paid
* Preparing weekly financial reports for executive team
* Monitor cashflow
The ideal candidate will possess:
* 2+ years full cycle bookkeeping work experience Excellent English
communication skills in email and on the phone
* Moderate to high technology skills – comfortable using mobile
apps, online software, video conferencing, Office 365 suite.
* Experience with Sage software
