Job Description
A Physiotherapy clinic in Calgary, Alberta is now hiring an office
receptionist/ Physiotherapy assistant to join their team. The
individual will be working both as a Physiotherapy assistant as well
as a front desk receptionist/administrator. Responsibilities: *
Scheduling appointments. * Fluent in English. * Excellent
communication skills. * Comfortable answering phone calls. * Billing
to insurance companies and follow-up payments. * Assisting
physiotherapists with client care on daily activities. * Following
office policies and procedures. * Maintain a clean workplace./General
cleaning. * Small laundry work. * Willing to work in a fast-paced
environment. * Providing excellent customer service. Candidates who
have prior experience in a physiotherapy clinic are preferred. If you
