Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead
our marketing team and drive lead generation through various digital
channels. This person will be responsible for overseeing a small but
growing team of marketing personnel, optimizing the lead generation
process, and finding new sources of leads. Key Responsibilities: *
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to
drive lead generation through various channels, including email
marketing, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn,
TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), PPC, SEO, and content marketing. * Manage
the entire marketing budget and ensure all spending is allocated
effectively to drive maximum return on investment. * Oversee accurate
and punctual lead distribution to the sales department by adhering to
company policies. * Participate in the improvement of the end-to-end
customer experience. * Manage reputation online to ensure a positive
public opinion of the company. * Oversee and mentor a team of
marketing personnel, providing guidance, support, and leadership to
ensure goals are met. * Continuously optimize the lead generation
process to reduce marketing costs without sacrificing quality or
quantity of leads. * Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics,
such as conversion rates and website traffic, to identify areas of
improvement and opportunities for growth. * Develop and execute A/B
testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance. * Stay
up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and
emerging technologies to ensure we are always using the most effective
strategies and tactics. * Ensure all marketing initiatives are working
together and being accountable for the company's strategy around
reaching marketing objectives. * Collaborate with other departments,
including sales and finance, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned
with overall business goals. * Manage contractors and agencies
supporting our digital programs. * Requirements: * Bachelor's degree
in marketing, business, or a related field. * 8+ years of experience
in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and marketing
automation. * Proven experience managing a large budget for ad
spending optimized for conversions. * Proven experience leading and
managing a marketing team. * Experience with a variety of digital
marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO,
and content marketing. * Experience with Google Analytics to aggregate
data and provide meaningful insight into performance and make informed
decisions for improvement. * Tech savvy and interested in learning new
platforms and solving problems and inefficiencies with technology. *
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive
decision-making. * Excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage
multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management and
delegation skills. * Ability to lead project management of graphic
design, video editing, web-site construction, edit sales pages or
templates, build simple website pages, implement lead generation
