Requirements: PMP Certification Bachelor Degree from accredited
Interior Design University or College Must be able to commute to
Toronto office Legally entitled to work in Canada Minimum 5 years
experience in project management with high-end hospitality design
Highly proficient in Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Highly
organized, able to manage multiple projects, and deadlines Able to
work in fast paced environment Able to travel internationally
Responsibilities: Work closely with Project Leads and Technical team
members to plan and manage project schedules Review initial contract
documents with management before the commencement of work to ensure
the fee structure, project schedule, and staff allocation are clearly
defined. Participate in key meetings with internal teams and clients
during pre-tender phases Communicate as primary contact for all
project-related matters among clients, consultants, and construction
managers for duration of the completed project Prepares, corrects and
updates documents during all phases of work Communicates progress,
timelines, meets deadlines and adheres to an assigned budget Assists
in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant
coordination as well as coordination with internal departments
Coordinating with trades and suppliers Address site issues by
providing timely and appropriate solutions in liaison with the
internal design team
