Description

We are looking for an individual with an operations background that
has an interest and passion for technology to join our team. The
Service Operations Coordinator will support our customers, our
technicians and internal staff from all departments by identifying
incoming service requests, assigning to appropriate team members,
receiving and allocating hardware, etc. You will also be responsible
for keeping customer contracts organized. What we need you to do *
Answer and track incoming phone calls. * Organize support desk
technicians. * Perform basic troubleshooting steps. * Identify
customer reported issues and gather information. * Prioritize and
assign tickets to technicians. * Adjusts schedules to meet priority
customer SLAs and multiple calls to the same address. * Track all work
in our monitoring tools and ticketing system. * Submit Warranty Claims
* Order service parts * Receive in hardware and ship out where need
be. * Assist in Inventory Management (Contract/Inhouse) * Additional
duties as assigned. What we need you to know * A basic understanding
of personal computing equipment and software. * Ability to follow
troubleshooting instructions and processes. * Ability to operate a
variety of standard office equipment (i.e. PCs and printers) * Ability
to keep track of multiple calls simultaneously in a fast-paced
setting. * Ability to track and document all activities in our
ticketing system. * Ability to stay on top of communications with all
teams/team members. * Ability to multitask. Credentials and experience
* High school diploma or equivalent * Technical school or equivalent
experience preferred. * Strong PC literacy, data entry, and
organizational skills * One or more years experience in an
administrative/operational support capacity preferred * IT
Certifications a plus!
