Description

our growing team! The Project Manager is responsible for providing
overall guidance and management to one or more construction projects
with responsibility for ensuring compliance with client requirements
and ensuring that company internal requirements for safety, quality,
schedule, and cost are met for each assigned project. We

technical guidance required to support Project technical issues.
Guides field teams as required * Ensures preparation and transmittal
of submittals required for approval of technical issues, vendor
documents, and material information * Ensures tracking and collection
of quality documents and provides correction of and proper
documentation of field quality issues. Supports development of field
quality procedures * Prepares and updates project schedules, prepares
recovery schedule when required, publishes schedules as requires for
Clients and/or Company, including narrative schedule analysis of
critical schedule elements * Prepares budgets, tracks and analyzes
costs, forecast, develop plans for improving cost performance, works
with construction supervision to implement changes. * Supports
estimating team during estimate preparation. Provides supporting
documents to help estimating, such as schedule, execution narratives,
and other construction plans * Read, review and understand contract
content and requirements. Able to instruct and inform other of
contract requirements * Communicates with/or supervises communication
with client concerning changes in contract scope or terms with goal to
obtain appropriate change order * Ensures preparation and submittal of
necessary change order information to client and negotiate * Manages
materials and subcontracts from pre-qualification, bidding packages,
negotiation, tracking, coordinating mobilization, managing
performance, etc. * General management and reporting of all projects
within your scope * Other projects & duties as assigned What We Are
Looking For: * Post-secondary education in Construction Management,
Project Management, an engineering discipline related to the company's
work, or similar technical degree. Combination of experience and
education will be considered * Minimum of five (5) years related work
experience or combination of education and years' experience, *
Preference given to those with ten (10), or more, years of experience
combined with experience managing projects with contract values of at
least $10 million * Capable of providing direction to administration
and field support staff of up to 5; capable of directing and
coordinating installation crews; capable of managing multiple
concurrent projects * Knowledge of main construction office processes;
project set-up; subcontract management; change orders; RFI's; closeout
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project
and Primavera P6 * Willingness to work in remote project locations,
embedded in operational work groups, travel as needed * Demonstrated
skills in written and verbal communication, coordinating resources as
well as the ability to analyze data and solve problems * Proven
ability to meet safety standards, to manage technical work scopes,
maintain high quality product, execute a schedule, manage cost,
contracts, reporting, material, and subcontractors. We
