POSITION: Customer Support Specialist & Pharmacy Assistant
JOB ENVIRONMENT: Call Center
REPORTS TO: Pharmacist
LOCATION: ON-SITE POSITION at Hastings Street location (NOT REMOTE)
We seek a dynamic and articulate individual to work in our call centre
division, providing elite customer service care to our valuable
clients. We are a fast-paced, growing company with a team of fun and
fantastic individuals.
A successful candidate supports our pharmacists as a pharmacist's
assistant. You have a positive and outgoing personality and
effectively communicate verbally and in writing with patients over
various mediums, including phone, email and text, and computer
know-how and knowledge to navigate multiple software programs. In
addition, you are a self-motivated, fast learner and can independently
do a high volume of calls with minimal oversight post-training.
We place a high value on customer satisfaction. This position is a
volume-driven and goal-oriented job with over 100 call stats per day.

HOURS:

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm / 9 am to 5 pm
*
Saturday 10 am to 2 pm twice per month
The Saturday is a temporary requirement and paid as overtime.
