Canada's largest home textile producer is seeking an experienced sales coordinator to assist a Senior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will play a key support role by providing administrative assistance and follow up with customers. Directly supporting the Sales Executive by responding to daily Sales inquiries, needs and concerns; always ensuring attentive customer service with clients from around the world. The right person will manage and prioritize tasks for the Sales Executive.


Previous experience with sales coordination and customer service in an importing department.
Proficient in calculating CBMS, Container loading, Palette info, trafficking
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
SAP knowledge an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail oriented, analytical, focused and disciplined
English required. Spanish an Asset.
College Degree


Customer Service, sales follow up, via email with assistant buyers and buyers.
Prepare Customer Quote sheets (QS Forms) & Power point presentations.
Complete customer product specification forms
Finalizing customers orders to attain final PO#s & all logistic info
Internal sales coordination - Process purchase orders (Canada, USA, International) with the purchasing, logistics and design departments.
Purchase orders placement, FOB & LDP costings & company policy sign offs.
Arrange samples & catalogs to be sent to customers as needed.
Offer excellent customer care.
Arrange and send out customer samples, catalogs, quotes and photo images
Create special customer sales reports.
Assist when needed: Sourcing of merchandise, Product development.
Communication with suppliers when needed.
Archive & file all quotes etc in SAP
Assist in preparing budgeting, forecasts, planning, etc
Arrange inventory reports for key customers core/replenishment programs.
Showroom & Video meetings: set up & clean up before & after meetings.
Order tracking, Sample, strike off and lab dips approvals - confirm packaging artwork & photography.
