Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist based in
Montréal, QC. This is a contract position, reporting directly to the
Senior Manager of Digital Marketing. The Digital Marketing Specialist
will be responsible for creating and managing our web
campaigns for various marketing teams in the Americas. They will
ensure that technical aspects align with marketing goals, resulting in
a unified and strong online image for the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Design, develop, implement and manage crucial elements in
our public-facing, online, and extranet web presence within
the Americas, continuously curating content for relevancy
* Implement and optimize SEO strategies to drive greater online
engagement
* Stay updated with industry best practices and monitor competitor
websites
* Identify and bid on the most relevant and cost-effective keywords
for search engine marketing campaigns
* Conduct regular test plans to assess and ensure the effectiveness
and efficiency of our websites
* Safeguard websites by implementing appropriate security
measures to protect against potential threats

WHAT WE REQUIRE

* Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML and
CSS
* Expertise in various Content Management Systems (CMS) such as
WordPress, Contentful, and Webflow

* Minimum of 3 years related web development, server technologies and
management of website pipelines
* Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or related experience
* Fluency in both English and French

WHAT WE PREFER

* Experience creating visually appealing web forms to optimize user
interactions
* Familiarity with Pardot for effective lead generation and marketing
automation
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop for graphic editing, resizing,
retouching, and creating web-ready images that align with content and
branding guidelines
* Familiarity with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads,
Meta Ads Manager, and Bing Ads
