We are looking for a part-time or full-time physiotherapist to work as
an independent contractor with our amazing multi-disciplinary
rehabilitation team. We are a clinic that has physiotherapists, group
fitness trainers, a kinesiologist, and an orthopedic surgeon in our
facility. We are also a licensed motor vehicle accident treatment
facility. We would like to add 1-3 physiotherapists to answer to the
increase demand for physiotherapy services in our clinic.

We provide an easy going and relaxed environment with 3 therapists on

Compensation is based on a percentage split based on experience
(40-50% for the physiotherapist). Further advances in compensation are
negotiable dependent on productivity. We allow for flexible hours
(weekday/weekend, day/evening). We have closed treatment rooms (2) and
partitioned treatment bays (3). Reception services are included
9am-5pm Monday to Friday. The clinic uses Janeapp for appointments,
billing, and charting.

We are looking for an individual who is motivated to build their
practice within our clinic. We are focused on providing the best in
active exercise therapy, and we are looking for someone who seeks to
provide the best care possible to their patients. The new
physiotherapist will benefit from our extensive referral network and
from physician referrals.

- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, medical history,
and goals
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and
- Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques such as
manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans
as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-care
techniques, and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide
comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Required Qualifications

- Registered member (in good standing) with the College of
Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Proven experience in patient care settings
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- English (French an asset, but not required)
