* Prospect and develop relationships with commercial real estate

* Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and transaction
paperwork.
* Conduct market research and compile reports on commercial property
trends.
* Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing
materials.
* Maintain and update CRM records, listings, and client databases.
* Support in scheduling property showings, meetings, and follow-ups.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and documentation
standards.
