About the Role

On behalf of our client in the Banking industry, the company is
seeking a motivated Security Analyst ready to take on new challenges.

Your Responsibilities

As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Provide leadership for the provision of technical expertise in
development and support of activities, processes, procedures and tools
for protecting information security with a focus on application
security.
Research, design and implement application security solutions and
practices.
Direct testing of security plans.
Lead the evaluation of new and proposed security systems and
technologies.
Knowledge of IT standards and procedures.
Knowledge of process and tools for assuring adherence to standards.
Thorough knowledge of existing and planned infrastructure security
platforms and architecture components.
Working side by side to ensure timelines are met, chasing the right
people to ensure the requirement/deadlines are met.
Strong data analysis, drawing inferences from the data set.
Need to be able to interpret data.
Infrastructure scanning, able to look at data file and make
recommendations.

Your Qualifications

Must have:

Data Analytics.
Governance experience.
Critical thinking and ability to make decisions.
Overall security and remediation experience.

Nice To Have

Understands service now vulnerability response module.
Technical Writing.
Banking experience.
Agile experience.
