Application Support Engineer to join their team. As an AR/VR
Application Support Engineer, you will be part of the technical
support team, providing essential assistance to users of augmented
reality technology. The ideal candidate will have strong
problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a
proactive approach to troubleshooting, which will align successfully
with the organization's goals.

What's the Job?

* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users of AR devices.
* Provide remote and in-person technical support to enhance user
experience.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation for
troubleshooting processes.
* Contribute to the creation of diagnostic tools and scripts to
streamline support efforts.
* Manage logistics support, including receiving and processing
incoming packages and maintaining the device loan library.
