I am seeking an experienced Speaking Engagement Agent to represent me
as a professional leadership development speaker. If you do not have
specific experience booking speaking engagements, securing conference
placements, or working with professional speakers, please do not

About the Role
I'm a recognized leadership development expert and professional
speaker based in Montreal, specializing in co-creative leadership and
conversational debt. I need a dedicated agent to secure speaking
engagements at conferences, corporate events, and industry gatherings
- essentially serving as my personal speakers' bureau.

What You'll Do
* Research and identify relevant speaking opportunities aligned with
my expertise
* Develop customized pitches for different types of events and
audiences
* Build relationships with conference organizers, event planners, and
corporate training departments
* Negotiate speaking arrangements and coordinate logistics
* Maintain detailed tracking of all opportunities and communications
* Represent my expertise professionally to secure 6-12+ speaking
engagements annually

Required Experience (No Exceptions)
You must have proven experience in at least one of these areas:
* Working for a speakers' bureau booking professional speakers
* Conference programming and speaker selection
* Talent booking or speaker management
* Corporate event planning with speaker coordination
* Representing professional speakers or thought leaders
