Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect, BCM

Location: 100% Remote (must be in Canada)

Required Qualifications:

* 8+ years in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, or
Risk/Resilience programs.
* 4+ years of ServiceNow experience, including hands-on delivery with
the BCM module (IRM suite).
* Track record delivering BCM implementations from assessment through
go-live in enterprise environments.
* Strong understanding of BIA, risk analysis, RTO/RPO metrics, and DR
lifecycle.
* Experience with GRC/IRM frameworks and alignment with standards
like ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, or FFIEC.
* Proven ability to lead workshops, define architecture, manage
stakeholders, and own solution delivery
