Job Title: Data Engineer

Location: 100% Remote (Anywhere in Canada)

Duration: 6 Months (Highly Extendable)

Time Zone: Eastern Time (EST)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join
our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain
scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions on Google Cloud
Platform (GCP). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to
support AI/ML initiatives and deliver actionable insights through
dashboards and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using GCP tools
(Dataflow, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.)
* Build and deploy MLOps pipelines for AI/ML use cases
(prediction/classification models)
* Transform and load data into BigQuery from various sources
* Develop dashboards and reporting layers using Tableau or Looker
Studio
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver
insights
* Support agile teams in measuring and optimizing digital experiences
* Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance data
capabilities

Must-Have Skills

* 4+ years of experience with Python
* Experience in Visual Studio Code, GitHub Copilot or similar AI
coding tools
* Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* Vertex AI / ML Pipelines
* BigQuery
* Dataflow
* Terraform
* PySpark
* Strong expertise in SQL (complex queries and stored procedures)
* Experience with Tableau or Looker Studio
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA

Nice-to-Have Skills

* Experience with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Drive, Apps Script)
* Knowledge of JavaScript, React JS, Node JS
* Telecom domain experience
* Exposure to NLP or ML-based projects
