Description

 Proactive Minds is a growing mental health practice based in
Calgary, AB, dedicated to supporting individuals through therapy,
coaching, and wellness services. We are seeking a creative and
results-driven Social Media & Advertising Specialist to help us expand
our online presence and attract new clients. 

What We Need:
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital
presence by:

* Creating and scheduling engaging social media content (Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn)
* Designing visually appealing graphics and posts aligned with our
brand
* Running targeted ad campaigns to increase visibility and client
acquisition
* Monitoring analytics and adjusting strategies for optimal
performance
* Collaborating with our team to align messaging with our services
and values

Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in social media management and digital advertising
(especially in health/wellness or service-based industries)
* Strong understanding of audience engagement and content strategy
* Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager,
Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
* Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
* Bonus: Experience with SEO or Google Ads

Project Scope:

* Ongoing monthly engagement (approx. 10–15 hours/month to start)
* Remote work with occasional check-ins via Zoom or email
* Flexible schedule, but consistency is key

Budget:
