Job Title

Our client, a leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Sr.
Software Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Software Engineer, you
will be part of the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team supporting
automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong
communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive
approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Site Reliability Engineering -
SRE Automation)

Location: Remote (with preference for Halifax, Canada)

What's the Job?

* Establish and evangelize best practices for modern API design and
developer experience.
* Contribute to high-quality documentation, tutorials, and code
libraries.
* Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to support SRE
operations.
* Optimize Datadog monitors, SLI/SLO, observability dashboards, and
alerts.
* Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.

What's Needed?

* 7+ years of professional software development experience.
* Proven expertise in building scalable web services using Python and
FastAPI.
* Strong working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
* Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes environments.
* Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL,
MySQL).
