Our client, a leading organization in the technology and aviation
industry, is seeking a SAP Project Systems Team (PS) Lead to join
their team. As a SAP PS Lead, you will be part of the SAP Project
Systems team supporting hypercare and post-go-live stabilization. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills,
collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will
align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: SAP Project Systems Team (PS) Lead

Location: (Remote) 

What's the Job?

* Provide expert support for SAP Project Systems/PPM modules during
hypercare, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and defects.
* Collaborate with business users to troubleshoot, analyze, and
resolve issues related to project accounting, cost management, and
portfolio reporting.
* Monitor system performance and stabilize end-to-end finance and
project processes post go-live, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
* Support knowledge transfer and documentation of fixes and
enhancements to enable smooth transition to steady-state operations.
* Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement
and system optimization.

What's Needed?

* Extensive experience supporting SAP Project Systems/PPM modules in
a hypercare environment.
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex
system issues.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with
business users and technical teams.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced setting.
* Fluency in English, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
