Description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and
infrastructure sector, is seeking a Red Hat OCP Site Reliability
Engineer to join their team. As a Red Hat OCP Site Reliability
Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Operations team
supporting cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate
will demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and a proactive mindset,
which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: RedHat OCP Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Remote (prefer onsite in Toronto but not mandatory)
Candidates must be located in Canada. 

Security clearance: Canada - Enhanced Reliability

What's the Job?

* Architect, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using
GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
* Lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient delivery
workflows across multiple environments.
* Install, configure, upgrade, and administer OpenShift clusters in
both on-premises and cloud environments.
* Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using
Terraform and Ansible.
* Lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortems
to ensure high system reliability.

What's Needed?

* Ideally 5-7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
* Proven experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline
design.
* Strong hands-on expertise with OpenShift (OCP) administration and
operations.
* Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and
Ansible.
* Familiarity with ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and ACM, along
with networking, load balancing, and security protocols.
