Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a
Business Analyst (Functional) 2 / Analyste commercial (fonctionnel) 2
to join their team. As a Business Analyst (Functional) 2 / Analyste
commercial (fonctionnel) 2, you will be part of the support team
working across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and adaptability,
which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $44.95

What's the Job?

* Analyze, document, and validate business requirements from business
users and function specification requirements using interviews,
document analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
* Refine requirements through critical evaluation techniques to
ensure clarity and completeness.
* Document process flows for current and proposed processes,
workflows, and data flows to support project development.
* Prepare use cases, create, and define test plans and test cases to
facilitate quality assurance.
* Act as an interface between business and technical teams,
translating technical and business requirements effectively.

What's Needed?

* Experience as a Salesforce user, demonstrating familiarity with the
platform's functionalities.
* Knowledge of Monday.com and Google Workspace to support project
management and collaboration.
* Strong documentation skills, including process documentation and
building presentations.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent
organizational skills.
* Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus to facilitate
communication across diverse teams.
