ServiceNow ITOM Developer responsible for designing, developing, and
implementing solutions within the ServiceNow ITOM suite to modernize
IT operations, event monitoring, and CMDB integrity.

Responsabilités / Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow
ITOM platform.
• Configure ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event
Management, and Cloud Management.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide
API, and platform scripting.
• Develop workflows, orchestration scripts, and automation for IT
operations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs,
IntegrationHub, and middleware tools.
• Enable data synchronization between CMDB and third-party
monitoring tools.
• Perform platform upgrades, apply patches, and deploy new features.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure compliance with governance
standards.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and system
administrators.
• Produce technical documentation and support troubleshooting
activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer to operations teams.

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Developer.
• Strong understanding of IT Operations Management and enterprise
monitoring.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
