Part-Time Bookkeeper – Small Service Business (QuickBooks Online) 
We are a small residential cleaning company based in Toronto looking
for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our monthly
bookkeeping needs. 
Our business works with 13 subcontractors and 3 employees on payroll,
and we use QuickBooks Online to manage our finances. We are looking
for someone who can review and maintain our books on a monthly basis,
ensuring everything is accurate, reconciled, and well organized. 
Responsibilities include:  

* Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
* Review and organize transactions in QuickBooks Online
* Ensure income, expenses, and payments are properly recorded
* Maintain clear and accurate financial records
* Flag any discrepancies or issues that need attention
* Prepare the books so they are clean and ready for our accountant

Important:
 This role does not include tax preparation or filing. Our accountant
handles all tax matters. The goal is to keep the books accurate and up
to date each month.
 Ideal candidate:

* Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
* Experience working with small service businesses
* Familiar with payroll and subcontractor payments
* Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Able to work independently and communicate clearly when questions
arise

This is a part-time / monthly engagement, ideal for someone who works
with multiple small business clients.
