Description

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a
ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB / Discovery Developer to join their team. As a
ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB / Discovery Developer, you will be part of the
IT Operations team supporting enterprise-wide service management
initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset,
which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB / Discovery Developer

Location: Open to 100% remote – must work Mountain Time

Pay Range: $84

What's the Job?

* Develop and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery,
Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
* Design and implement CMDB structures, CI relationships,
reconciliation, and normalization processes.
* Ensure CMDB governance and adherence to CSDM standards and CI
lifecycle management.
* Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers to support discovery and
integration processes.
* Integrate ServiceNow with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and
GCP, as well as other enterprise tools using REST, SOAP, and APIs.

What's Needed?

* 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM
modules.
* Proficiency with ServiceNow ITOM suite: Discovery, Service Mapping,
Event Management, CMDB.
* Deep understanding of CMDB design, CI relationships,
reconciliation, and normalization.
* Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer.
* Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting, along
with API integrations.
