Description

We're looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to help us
identify and hire a strong software developer for our remote team.
You don't need a technical background. We'll handle the technical
evaluation and final hiring decision. Your focus will be on finding
good candidates, communicating with them, and keeping the hiring
process organized and moving forward. 
Previous experience recruiting software developers is helpful, but
strong general recruiting and candidate-sourcing experience is also
welcome.
This is initially a freelance/project-based opportunity, with
potential for ongoing recruiting work if things go well.
