We're an established technology service provider seeking an inside sales/telemarketing specialist to join our team. Prior certification or degrees aren't required as we provide full on-site training – whether you're currently in school, unemployed, or just looking to earn an additional income. This is a phone-heavy position, but without the "hard sell" of traditional telemarketing and phone sales. This is a flexible position also offering temp-to-hire and permanent placement opportunities. Responsibilities Include:
• Qualifying new, and potential clients
• Building rapport with both new, and existing clientele
• Demonstrating the value of our custom-tailored services, and solutions
• Overcoming the objections of prospective clients
• Ensuring follow-up, and calls-to-action
• Collaborating with management to adjust strategic sales approach

• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Friendly, energetic, and upbeat demeanor
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally, and in writing; fluent in English
• Great listening, and excellent customer service-oriented skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills - the ability to motivate oneself and work independently
• Must be able to work within our New York office
