A tech startup has launched in your city! We are a mobile app that helps retail/shift based staff trade shifts, share schedules, instant message and communicate at their store location. Millions of front line employees across the world now have access to smartphones which presents a great opportunity to provide tools that make their @work life a little easier. We’re looking to rapidly expand in your region and are looking for entrepreneurial team members to join us and be a part of something special.

As community manager, your day to day would include the following;

-Visiting malls and shopping centres in various areas
-Speaking with store managers at major retailers and demoing them on the product
-Provide community management support for your region
-Achieve aggressive targets with your team to drive new user acquisition

A quality candidate would have the following attributes;

-Commercial/telephone/residential cold calling experience
-Knowledge of the retail industry, or prior experience working in retail
-Must have an Android or iOS device that runs iOS 7/ Android 4.1 or higher.
