This is a Monday to Friday role, with part-time hours in the beginning with a possibility for full-time hours in future.

Operate and maintain the best digital garment printing machines in the industry
Troubleshoot any printing machine mechanical and/or software issues that can arise
Fill and verify T-shirt and other apparel orders accurately
Produce a high-quality product
Keep work area clean and organized
Efficient and correct use of equipment
Meet or exceed assigned output quotas
Stack and fold product
Restock and maintain inventory
Operate within safety guidelines
General building management duties
Receiving and breaking down shipments

Previous labourer experience (ideal)
Experience with DTG (Direct to Garment) Printing or Screen Printing (desirable)
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Computer skills
Communicate with, and work as part of a team
Punctual, reliable and in possession of a great pPositive attitude
Ability to continuously stand and bend
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently (boxes of t-shirts)
Keen interest/passion for making good products and/or art (preferred)
Keen interest in growing with the organization
