Apparel manufacturer with an online and retail presence across North America, is looking for a Social Media Coordinator. Help to develop the online persona of our brand and products and be able to write an engaging original story.

You live and breathe online; perhaps bordering on being a neurotic checker of Instagram, Facebook, email, etc.

Trying new, creative ideas that push the envelope and finding ways to generate engagement and make content go further on social media.

Developing social media content calendars, time lines and reports, response to inquiries through social channels(community management). Aids in social media marketing strategies for product launches, as well as seasonal campaigns and various contests and promotions.

Knowledge and experience of managing multiple social media accounts including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, Snapchat and YouTube.

Location: South Shore/St-Constant
Availability: Immediate
Minimum 2+ years in digital, social media or public relations.
Bachelors and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field.
Fluent English and French, oral and written.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Be a team player working along side other company departments and management.
Attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to deliver quality, creative work, multi-task and manage deadlines.
Knowledge and understanding of online community platforms with a passion for staying current on communications, social and content marketing trends.
Available to travel to certain events to handle live social media updates across our channels.
Compensation: to be discussed.
Hours: 20 – 40 hours per week. Flexibility maybe required at times, ie., during special events.
