A customer service role whose main goal is to make our clients happy.
Help seniors and the disabled get where they need to go—medical appointments, church, family events & more in and around the city of Shoreline.
This makes a big difference to our community.

Essential Job Functions:
Safely operate Cabulance (wheelchair-accessible minivan) in varying weather conditions
Assist with passenger loading and unloading, including equipment & supplies when needed
Ensure comfort of passengers before & during rides
Accurately read road maps & operate the GPS navigation
Operate & maintain communication with dispatcher & destination sites
Maintain daily log of all trips
Perform daily vehicle checks & basic maintenance
Clean & refuel vehicle daily

High school diploma or equivalent
Current State of Washington Driver license
No moving violations in past year; no employment-relevant criminal convictions in past 7 years
Able to safely lift 100+ pounds up or down stairs without struggle or risk of failure
Preferred: Current CPR & First Aid certifications (or prior to beginning work)
Preferred: Experience in customer service

Additional Information
A Part Time schedule is available upon request.
Work schedule is typically 5 days (35-45 hours) per week, and we attempt to provide a consistent weekly schedule.  Some flexibility is crucial due to the occasional last-minute needs of our clients, but most of our work occurs Mon-Fri during the daytime.
