I have a stellar track record of learning product/service knowledge, delivering genuine and responsive customer service, re-branding organizations, answering all inquiries by email and phone, and spearheading and presenting strategies among employees and management.
As a further benefit, I have extensive knowledge with computer applications such as WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Dropbox, and auditing tools to create, revise, and implement various documents, correspondence and marketing approaches.
