I am an enthusiastic, committed hard working individual. I grew up on a family farm where I learned the value of hard work, how to effectively manage my time and how to make enjoy completing any task. In high school this time management was perfected as I was an active member of 5 varsity teams, competitive soccer and hockey community teams, volunteer community hockey coach, a member of the student council, athletic council, and relay for life while achieving exceptional grade and completing my Grade 8 i Royal Conservatory Piano. In all my activities my positivity, teamwork and commitment made me very successful. My enthusiastic participation in my environment continued in university where I helped plan the engineering frosh week, engineering winter week events, and worked at the on campus coffee shop. In the summers i love to stay active working on the farm, playing soccer, working as an engineering intern with a local municipality, working weddings and events at a local golf course and spending as much time as possible with the cousins at the family cottage. Throughout the opportunities in my life i have learned to be responsible, to adapt to any situation, and that the more attention and effort I put into something the greater the relationships I build and pride I feel in my work.
