My background includes tracking employee data in an ERP (Lawson) database that included personal, benefit, compensation, job change, and termination information and working closely with payroll, finance and grants to insure the quick flow of data where it was needed. It also includes handling customer service, emails, and helping people find answers to their issues. I enjoy a supporting role where I can utilize my skills and my employer can benefit from my background and knowledge.

I have a diverse background working with investment firms, construction, academic (early childhood and parents as teachers), owned my own childcare business, and worked in three non-profits ranging from assisting developmentally delayed adults live independently, a resident training facility support Orthopaedic surgeons and lastly, a cancer research facility.
