My most recent experience was working as a Manager in the Performance Improvement practice at EY. I specialize in developing strategies and reviewing programs in support of complex business and technology transformations. My areas of focus are in the innovation environment (ICT, nanotechnology) and the majority of my projects have been with Public Sector Organizations.
In my past life, I was (and still am) a Distinguished Toastmaster and a member of the TM4PM club. I was previously the Division D Governor (2013 - 2014) where I managed seven Area Governors who each managed five or six clubs for a total of 38 clubs in the division. Through my experience at Toastmasters, I have also leveraged that experience and written five books (and counting) on public speaking: "Make your speech more impactful", "100+ Tips for Speakers", "How to create and deliver great speeches: a seven day approach", "A guide to evaluating speeches" and "50 awesome ideas for table topics".
