I have recently completed my Double Major B.A. in Indigenous Studies and Urban and Inner City Studies. I have a lifetime of experience volunteering in numerous capacities, many of which I headed. My work and volunteer experiences range from public, private, non-profit, entrepreneur, community based organizations, educational institutions,and the retail and hospitality industries. These numerous experiences as well as my education have gifted me a vast and diverse skill set and knowledge base, yet, I am keenly aware of my ongoing eternal learning journey. Over the years, I have acquired multiple certifications in several arenas, the latest of which include Mental Health First Aid and Walls to Bridges Program Participant - (Restorative Justice). I am a member of the International Golden Key Honour Society and graduated with the University of Winnipeg's Deans list attaining an Honour of Highest Distinction. I am a strong and creative writer with an ability to deeply connect to the audience. I can write several genres including scholarly, professional, creative, retail ads/jingles, and poetry and do so succinctly and/or detailed, animated, articulately and/or passionately.
